Cancellation Policy

At DailySpark, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled to keep the process clear and smooth for both customers and our team.

Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our official support channels and mention your order number.

If the order has not been packed or shipped, it will be cancelled and a full refund for prepaid orders will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests sent through social media platforms or unofficial channels will not be considered.

Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after dispatch, please accept the delivery and follow the process mentioned in our Refund & Return Policy, subject to eligibility conditions.

Cash on Delivery Order Cancellation

Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. If a COD order is not confirmed, it may be automatically cancelled.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may result in the COD payment option being disabled for future orders.

Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is cancelled successfully before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method such as UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. Refunds generally reflect within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Seller-Initiated Cancellations

DailySpark reserves the right to cancel an order in certain situations, including product unavailability, incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if the order is flagged as suspicious or high-risk by the payment gateway or fraud detection systems.

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
