2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days across India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and courier partner.

3. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders unless mentioned otherwise on the product page.

4. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery on eligible pin codes.

5. Is Cash on Delivery available everywhere?
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only. COD orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

7. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products. The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery along with a clear unboxing video.

8. Why is an unboxing video required for returns?
An unboxing video helps us verify issues like damage, defects, or wrong items and protects both customers and the seller from misuse.

9. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8 to 15 business days. COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
