Shipping policy
At DailySpark, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at no extra hassle across India. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Orders are delivered through trusted courier partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, ShadowFax, Ecom Express, and other reliable logistics providers depending on your location.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority. Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation through call or message before dispatch. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the destination. Metro cities usually receive orders within 2 to 4 working days. Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities may take 3 to 6 working days. Remote or rural areas may take 5 to 8 working days.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, festivals, or other situations beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping across India. In rare cases, additional charges may apply for remote or non-serviceable locations. Customers will be informed in advance if any extra charges are applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment status in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Delivery Delays and Unserviceable Areas
DailySpark is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control. If your pin code is found to be unserviceable after placing an order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Missed or Undelivered Packages
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, the courier may attempt redelivery. If the package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery failure, re-dispatch may attract additional shipping charges. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and reachable at the time of order.
Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes only. A COD handling charge may apply if applicable. All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Orders that remain unverified may be cancelled.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. For bulk or export-related inquiries, please contact our support team directly.
