At DailySpark, we carefully inspect every product before dispatch. Still, if you receive a wrong or defective item, we’re here to help. Please read this policy fully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product

You received a defective or damaged product
To be eligible for a return, all conditions below must be met:

The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery

The product is unused and in original condition

Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

A clear and complete unboxing video is shared from start to end showing the issue
Return requests without an unboxing video or raised after the return window will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products delivered in correct and working condition

Health, fitness, or hygiene-related items once opened or used

Fragile items once delivered safely

Products damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or mishandling

Orders placed during special offers or flash sales (unless wrong or defective)
Return Process
To request a return, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery at dailysparkonline@gmail.com or +91 8528991400. Share your order number, issue details, and the unboxing video.
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process. Return pickup may be arranged in select locations. In other cases, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only if:

A wrong product was delivered
Exchanges are not allowed for size, color, or preference-related reasons. Only one exchange is permitted per order, subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
After the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be approved only if the issue is verified.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 8 to 15 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after customer confirmation.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product is used or damaged after delivery

Original packaging is missing

The unboxing video is not provided

The return request does not meet eligibility conditions
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Repeated order cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item, wrong product, or missing item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video. Claims without video proof will not be approved.
